Combined choirs will perform the premiere of a new work by Paul Jarman, especially commissioned for National Choral School

Explorations Concert

This concert showcases the variety of elective options that choristers of National Choral School will have explored in the previous two weeks –
*Randai (Indonesian body percussion) with Suara Indonesia Dance
*Javanese Gamelan with Vi King Lim
*Singing Taiko with Taikoz
*Music Theatre with Alexander Andrews and Peter Hayward
*A cappella ensemble with Naomi Crellin (The Idea of North)

Gondwana Chorale in Recital

Gondwana Chorale present their program before they depart for their tour of the UK, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Featuring music from each of these rich choral cultures as well works by Australian composers, Australia’s national youth choir will be conducted by Paul Holley and Carl Crossin and be joined by pianist Kate Johnson
